For those of you that don't know me, here's a little detail:

My name is Paul Juckett, I am forty nine years old and live in Cornwall with my wife and two children.

I worked for thirty one years one the British Railway network, before putting my feet up in 2018.

My idea of exercise is a walk to the local and a few refreshments before walking back!
